    HP G62 dead, but board has power everywhere..BIOS?

    DA0AX2MB6E1.. this laptop has its 3v and 5v power rails in good conditions, im getting 3.3v on 5 out of 6 pins in power board connector.
    bios: 3.3v on pins 3,7,8 and 1.5v pins 2,6.
    What voltages should i check for?

    Voltages on system power IC RT8206B
    1=2v
    3=5v
    4=14v
    6=19.5v
    7,9,10=5v
    12=1.2v
    14,15,16=5v
    17=10v
    19,20=5v
    24=8.5v
    25,26=3.3v
    27=5v
    30=3.3v
    31=1.2v
    32=5v

    Does this look correct?

      update: when i unplug A/C adapter and attach the battery, the charger ic doesnt show sign of life, no voltages anywhere.
      Also, PU2 RT8207AGQW, im getting weird voltages when A/C is plugged in and no battery. Pin 6=5v, Pin 12=18.5v, pin 22=4.6v.

            well on battery , normal values are 3.3 volts feeded by KBC power source , if youre having voltage around 4 volts not normal at all , what kind OF DC adapater are you using ? does machines are sensitive with not regulat dc charger
