Need Bios or Help for Corrupted Bios.bin XPlus Series 81

Hello

ive got a brand new Xplus Series 81 mini Notebook, but its not turning on, my friend take it and make something with it, everthing looks fine , charging , power input perfect , fans spinning but no image, now i read the bios chip with ch341a programmer, i think its corrupted, is there any way to fix a corrupted bios bin ? please help

bios dump can't be only 1Mb, look for another chipset.

i dont find any serial number but now i read the chip again it has 16MB , i post the file again
