Try copying the offset ranges as peste suggested
Found some minor differences comparing your original dump with the latest file you attached, may be important also

Good call, don´t know how I missed that. However, this doesn´t change much.

I took off the main bios chip again and dumped its content before attempting another flash with the complete DMI block. When I checked the freshly made dump I noticed the file contents had changed compared to what I had put on there:

All DMI data that had been added prior was erased from the file and new content has been written (050FE0-057650). I can only imagine some contents of the bios are automatically rewritten at first startup. Maybe some security feature?

So I took the dumped file which now contained this additional data starting at 050FE0 and added the whole DMI block again (5BC000 - 5BFFFF). But I still get INVALID when in bios setup, so I assume the DMI block has been automatically erased again. But one thing has changed: There is now an item in bios setup called "AMD platform security processor" which can be enabled or disabled. In my earlier attempts this item was always greyed out and only said "MFG mode".

Attached is the dumped bios. You can see DMI block is almost completely blanked, new data appeared at 050FE0 onwards.

Nevermind, I found out about the Lenovo Golden Key / U1 Tool and was able to rewrite SN, MTM, Product Name and UUID this way. Only thing left blank at the moment is "Preinstalled OS license" (No DPK) and the OA3 Key ID.

Will see if I can get these edited back in as well but even if not, that´s fine.

        Thanks for your help guys!

          Win key: EAA000h-EAA03Fh
Make a dump of your current BIOS and add it back
There must be a checksum somewhere for the serial/MTM/model
Also compare the contents of 5BC000-5BFFFF

For whatever reason it does not work this way for this laptop. Whatever I manually flash on the bios chip, DMI section will get automatically erased on first startup.

The only way to get the DMI in there properly is to use tools like Golden Key U1 tool. This is how I managed to get SN, MTM, PN, UUID back into the machine. Unfortunately U1 tool does not provide variables for "Preinstalled OS license" and "OA3 Key ID". I know that LVAR tool is able to write OA3 details but I can´t find a version that works with my machine (tried V225 and V229).

Need Clean BIOS/EC Bin File for Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e - Stuck with 0275 Error CMS

              Hello everyone,

I am attempting a repair on a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 11e that is currently stuck at boot with the error: "0275 error CMS" even after setup new bios battery and will not allow me to enter the BIOS/Setup.

This is a critical issue that I believe requires flashing the BIOS chip directly using a programmer (e.g., CH341A/RT809H), as standard software updates or resets are not possible.

I have opened the laptop and identified the main BIOS chip...

Lenovo IdeaPad 3 - Hard Disk not recognized in BIOS
              by mkdj
              Dear all,

I have recently fixed a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15 ALC6 that was not booting due to a BIOS issue. After flashing the BIOS, the laptop boots up, but hard disk is not recognized in BIOS. Is says "Hard Disk : Not Installed". I have tried with 2 different drives (one that I know is working on another laptop) but I get the same result. I do not know if disks were recognized before I got the laptop and fix it, but I don't see any reason why not. I can boot on USB though.

Here the steps I have taken to fix the laptop:
              - downloaded latest BIOS from Lenovo Website...
