Don't have the schematic as it's behind a paywall. Did see a block diagram though, looks like this chip isn't programmable and gets it's code from a 256MB SPI flash chip.

Someone in the SVOD group has read it.
I did the same but it didn't work.
Or maybe the ARM core feature hasn't been unlocked yet so it can't be read.

This NPCX997 no need progamming. They have 128Mbit - 16MB bios chip for EC. If you need remove password, you need rebuild main BIOS. Its 512Mbit - 64MB. All Amd bios is 1,8V

First you need make backup your main bios. For SVOD you must add some informatin to file spi25.dat in svod program folder. I pfefer Notepad ++ running in Admin mode for saving with admin privileges. So add this EF6020,WINBOND,W25R512,4000000,4,0,1 to end of file and save. Run the Svod sw and now they can 512Mbit chip read/write and make backup with 1,8V Power.

If is Used RT809F latest SW is a necessity. Version 20250903 is latest now and working perfect.

          From your backup bios you need windows key only. Open backup bios in HxD editor and Ctrl+F - hex-values EF 82 3D 00 00 00 03 00 07 00 00 00 01 - the start win data. Then keys Ctrl + E Length 7D and Ctrl + C for copy.

In new bios file in Blank.rar is place for win in Offset 318F163 - Crtl + G and go to....

Data copied in clipboard add to new with Ctrl + B and save to your work directory.

Write BIOS and lead back to motherboard. After some restart is BIOS Self Healing backuped from EC bios without Password.

After boot to bios set time. I recomend install latest bios for update all components

Lenovo Thinkbook 16P G2 ACH - BIOS Serial number missing
            by TecnicaNTT
            Hi all,

I got a Lenovo Thinkbook 16P G2 ACH on the bench with a botched BIOS (somehow my client blanked it). I restored the laptop and got it up and running with original BIOS from Lenovo Support website.
My problem is now that the machine details are missing in the BIOS (Serial Number, MTM, etc.)
I tried to write the details with the Lenovo Uone Tool but had now luck. It is giving me an error: "ERROR: Locate protocol with LenovoEeprom, Status=[e]. EEPROM fail when reading or writing data."
I am now asking here for help if anyone knows how to do this in...

Lenovo 300-15IBR - No SYSON, no SUSP#, bunch of missing voltages
            by mat2k
Hello, I've been struggling with this one today. I'm troubleshooting a Lenovo 300-15IBR (board BMWC1/BMWC2 NM-A471) that turns on the power LED and does a bit of fan spin but nothing else. 3v3sb and 5vsb present, no 1.05v, no 1.35vddr, no vcore, no 1.8vsb.
BIOS has been reflashed with one I found here, supposedly tested OK by someone else. I don't have an EC programmer unfortunately.
I looked around and SYSON is 0v, SUSP# is 0v too. Forcing them to 3v3 enables the 1.35v rail, but the 1.05v and 1.8v rails are still missing (generated by PU704). EN_1P05A signal is 3.3v, and IN_1P05A...

            by mferna14
Dear friends. I am working on a LENOVO THINKBOOK 15 G4 IAP Motherboard No: LA-L931P REV 01. The motherboard turns ON fine with or without battery & AC power, & battery charging is good too. This is for the first time till the power adapter is plugged in. When Laptop is in ON position, as soon as I remove the USB-C main power & plug it back again +20V_VIN is no longer there (Missing) & battery does not charge at all., I thought that the TPS65994-AE Chip was bad., so replaced it with a new good chip, but the problem is still there. On the battery charging chip BQ25710 where pins...
