Can someone please help me.. Mosfet is missing on this motherboard (Lenovo L340-15IRH) I cant find the part number.. Can someone please send me a picture or part number of the mosfet missing on the board.. Thankyou!

For Badcaps Readers, Please note that I am hopefully going to present this same message to Lenovo to see if they have any insight to the matter as well and figured to share the entirety here for clarification. The System is out of warranty as it is but does have the option to have it extended.

Hi all,
I got a Lenovo Thinkbook 16P G2 ACH on the bench with a botched BIOS (somehow my client blanked it). I restored the laptop and got it up and running with original BIOS from Lenovo Support website.
My problem is now that the machine details are missing in the BIOS (Serial Number, MTM, etc.)
I tried to write the details with the Lenovo Uone Tool but had now luck. It is giving me an error: "ERROR: Locate protocol with LenovoEeprom, Status=[e]. EEPROM fail when reading or writing data."
I am now asking here for help if anyone knows how to do this in... -
Good day everyone.
I have been scratching my head with a Lenovo laptop I got in today.
The laptop had no power and taking no amps from the power supply. Checking voltage showed 20v only on one side of the first mosfet. Took it off and replaced it and then same story. Took off second mosfet and then the first mosfet had the right voltages as well as 25v on gate is it should. Replacing the second mosfet the problem started again.
Even using a wire to bypass the second mosfet does the same interference with the first mosfet.
Would anyone... -
I recently bought this laptop to try to fix up because it was so cheap. It has no power so I figured it was a MOSFET or cap issue so I started with taking it apart, but when I had it apart I noticed one of the MOSFETs was missing. I'm new to this so I don't know where or how to look up what to replace it with. I do have the boardview for it so I somewhat know what was there which I attached ,and the missing piece is PQ303.... -
Hi this is my first topic, im new here and learning
Laptop model: x450ubr rev2
main issue: no power after 1st mosfet
After bypassing 1st mosfet laptop runs! Picture+fan even winfows boots up
but after a few minutes (2-3m) it shuts down.
things i noticed:
-charger led blinks 4 times and stops and repeats.
-No overheated components found everything seems normal.
- 19v 5v 3.3v are present and stable
the original charg ic have been replaced by someone (i think) new ic is bq780
thats all i could figure out, im stuck
