cover laptop is blurred .,not show Service tag

please help me build bios

The 2 amber lights followed by 4 white lights indicates a RAM/Memory Failure

still need bios please help, i tried bios #1 it came up ok, but the screen turned blue red purple yellow and after a while it came up
