    Need BIOS for Clevo PD50PNP

    Hi guys,

Having a hard time finding a (virgin or donor) bios for the PD50PNP. Board part number is: 6-77-PD50PNP0-D02-B#10
Eventually found an EFI file, but it seems encrypted and I don't have the knowledge to convert it to BIN.

I also attatched the customer's BIOS. System boots with this file, howeve the UEFI section somehow got corrupted and it only will boot in legacy mode while UEFI boot options are not even listed.
System locks up when trying to boot from NVMe drive. According to the customer this all started after he got an UBUNTU update. Test drives are recognized but won't boot either. System even won't boot from a USB stick with Windows.
Hopefully someone can help with sourcing the right BIOS. Thanks!

The CleanME_new bios region file did it for me. Thanks again!

Product Name: HP Pro x360 Fortis 11-inch G9
            System BIOS: U94 Ver.01.08.00 10/06/2023
            Serial Number: 5CG31946F5

This motherboard has 2 similar chips. One is on the front marked with BIOS SKT "Winbond 25Q256JVEN" and one on the back marked with U351 "Gigadevice 25B256EYIG". I ignored the one on the back and only desoldered front chip. Made a backup, made sure the reading was the same with another 3 backups.

I needed to remove bios password...

Asus ROG Ally X -RC72LA - changed hidden bios settings with 'Smokeless-UMAF', won't get past boot logo
            by throwaway327
ASUS ROG Ally X - (Handheld Gaming PC)
            Model No: RC72LA
            Serial No: SBNVKD001014459

Hi all, I've spent the past week digging through the forums and guides to try correct my foolish mistake of changing hidden settings while tinkering around, and to be honest my heads overloaded so I'm hoping you'll be able to help.

I used a tool called 'Smokeless-UMAF' to access usually hidden settings in the bios. I tweaked one or two 'safe' things but made the mistake of tweaking a lot of settings under 'USB/Thunderbolt Configurations' when I didn't know what they did. For...

Hi, I have a few of these & they came with a custom bios boot logo, no passwords etc.

2 x were brand new unused but with custom boot logo, 1 I installed Windows/ran updates then it bricked itself. 1 wouldn't get past the custom bios boot logo.

The third I loaded windows, took a backup of the bios chip, then tried to flash several different clean bios's via programmer which all caused it to not boot. I tried to reflash the original bios both using clip & desoldering but...

Bios partially corrupted somehow and now warm boot doesn't work which is critical
            by Neddsme
            Hie.
I own a Lenovo ideapad v310-15IKB with an i5 7th generation with only Intel graphics configuration.
Now the heart of the problem is that I don't know when or how it happened but I suddenly started getting distortion in the graphics output on the LCD. This basically meant a black screen full of flickering multicolored short horizontal lines. This would happen 30-60 minutes after booting and using it normally.
I run Windows 10 20H build so I thought it was just a Windows update issue or graphics driver outdated issue.
I managed to run Windows troubleshooting and...

Lenovo LOQ mdl 151RH8 bios Q: Can't get usb boot to list
            by Max029
I've searched and read Beginners guidelines and other sticky threads. This is just a simple bios question. If I may, I'm having trouble finding any help, including from lenovo tech support & forum, for how to get usb boot to list in boot options. I'm trying to run memtest86 so nothing as highfaluting as re-install, flash a bios, etc.

I've made usb boot enabled and secure boot is disabled. I can find no other option in bios ver LZCN34WW (the original bios). Would anyone here be familiar with LOQ or Legion bios versions & know what is going on?

            TY,
