Are you sure shorting pins will do the trick ? I did it once one L530 but T530 has 2 chips, 8MB and 4MB. Which one do you short ?

SOLVED, Just short u22 ic 5+6 pins together after turning on and before display, press f1 and when setup opnen un-short pins,. In setup change or remove password
