                        Hi
Yes when you download the update it needs to be unpacked look for the .fd ending open it with a text editor and compare with the original file if the file don't look alike then it's decryped and you need to run it threw a phoenix program in which it will leave you with a folder.. look for a BIO0 file now it's no longer decryped go back and compare with the original file if all looks good ending match now it's ready . If ending are different then you are trying to use the wrong file or version. then on HP you will need to run the DMI tool to serial # ,Make model and so on ..only other way if you know where to cut it out of original file and past this info in new bios will also work .. if you never done it it will take some practice or just upload it i will do for you.

Request HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 (J06) BIOS dump to restore system firmware
                              by Ahari
                              Hi all,

This is my first post here (I am very new to forums!) and I hope someone can help. I am looking for a full dump of the BIOS of a HP Proliant Microserver Gen 8 so that I can get this mini server running again. (BIOS version J06 2019-04-04, chip 25Q064A). I think my board was partially bricked after a failed BIOS update.

I got it second hand in this state and all the normal attempts at bios restoration have not worked. I have even desoldered the chip and tried to load the actual BIOS from HP, but it is missing some parts needed to boot the system.

                              I...

I need a BIOS dump for the Samsung S49CG934SU monitor
                              by Habble7
The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.

                              Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

                              Troubleshooting Attempts:
                              ...

                              Hi all,

My Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 15.6-inch laptop has no display and won't boot.
The charging red LED lights up, but the charging screen doesn't show any indication.
When I press the power button, the blue LED cycles on and off three times, then the screen doesn't turn on, and the device won't boot.
(I've tried removing the battery and resetting the device, but the issue persists.)

Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).

I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. Tried with a similar board, but there are too much differences, and the stock BIOS is missing a lot of...
