    Toshiba L775D BIOS password clarification

I was given a Satellite L775D by a friend and of course the BIOS is password protected. I tried the bios master password generator posted by Yashjovi and that didn't work. I'm posting here because the more I research I do the more confused I get as to whether the bios can be accessed or not. Worst case scenario I will just replace the motherboard or replace the bios chip itself if that would work, but a definitive answer would be the best. Any help would really be appreciated.

you have to take the palm rest out.
    easy access to the bios
Just cook it! It's already broken.

trying to remove the bios password is a dead end in my opinion, there is no way.
best thing to do is replace the BIOS chip or flash it with a dump file which you can download from toshiba official support.

Not too up on this but I take it a dump file is different from the ACPI Flash BIOS version 1.50 for Satellite I see on the Toshiba website? Because remember, as soon as the machine is turned on it prompts for the bios password...
