I can confirm the bin file in post 39 works fine. I just used it on an Inspiron 5515 machine with corrupted bios and computer is working now.

Upon initial boot, you will be asked to enter service tag# (ignore for now the high-pitch tactile sound every time you press any key) after which you need to go to bios and pick the correct model either Inspiron 5415 or 5515. Next boot, hit Fn-X combo to get rid of that high-pitched tactile sound. Done

Hi Friends., can anyone re-build this BIOS & make the required changes. I tried the Bin files on Post #60 & my laptop gave good display & boots up too. The only reason I am getting the Bitlocker screen is due to the serial # & asset tag # & also shows Model shows as Inspiron 5415. The fan is evening spinning fast & the keyboard beeps when any key pressed. Uploaded the Original BIOS. Thanks in advance

But the one which is on Post #60 works 100% fine on my laptop but it goes to BitLocker because the serial # is incorrect. Dear hoaca388., good day.... This BIOS Update even did not work. But anyway what I did is, used the working BIOS on Post #60, replaced the serial # & the Model through HxD, where exactly these Hex Values have to be written. All worked fine & serial # even update.
