Treadmill controller (zipro dream (?)) - PCB-ZYXK9- 1111-V1.2.PCB not working

Hello

I received a treadmill controller (probably Zipro Dream) for repair (more like replacing parts). Board designation: [B]PCB-ZYXK9-1111-V1.2.PCB[/B]. existing in it were:[LIST][*]mosfet [B]Q9[/B] (originally [B]MDF4N60[/B] was installed) - mounted on [B]P10NK60ZFP[/B];[*][B]resistor R64[/B] (replaced);[*][B]F2 protection[/B].[/LIST]
After turning on the power of [B]AC1[/B] and [B]AC2[/B], the components burned again. The existing elements were desoldered and new ones were soldered. The controller has not been connected yet because I'm afraid they would be destroyed again....

According to schematic available are -PCH_SLP_S0, -PCH_SLP_S3, -PCH_SLP_S5 etc.

Laptop return to owner....

I can't find PM_SLP_SX. But if You need:
TP987 - 3.369V
TP988 - 3.369V
TP989 - 3.359V
TP990 - 3.369V...

Resistance: PL13 - 92Ω, no voltage.

I flashed BIOS memory without any effects. Hmm... I think my job is done here - I don't have programmer to EC....

Measurement (power supply/ original adapter):[LIST][*]VCC ; pin 28 - 19,80V / 19.93V[*]ACDET ; pin 6 - 2.67V / 2.69V[*]ACOK ; pin 5 - 3.272V / 3.272V[*]ACP ; pin 2 - 20.39V / 20.52V[*]ACN ; pin 1 - 20.39V / 20.52V[*]REGN ; pin 24 - 6.002V / 6.002V[/LIST]

When I try measure voltage on pin 6 (ACDET) current strength dropped to 0.009A.

Main power rail is good. After PR2 I have [B]20.39V[/B].
Measurement (power supply/ original adapter):[LIST]

VCC ; pin 28 - 19,80V / 19.93V

ACDET ; pin 6 - 2.67V / 2.69V

ACOK ; pin 5 - 3.272V / 3.272V

ACP ; pin 2 - 20.39V

I checked again every cable, connections. I saw, processor was no tightened into socket. Now motherboard turning on. Laptop works. Thanks [B]@mon2[/B] for suggestions and help.

I use schematic from Quanta Zq1 and boardview (in attachement).

Thanks for help. After reading Your post I realize use wrong charger and changed it. Now when I press switch button, motherboard power on. I have blue ligt on LED1. But now have another issue - no fan spinning.
It's SL88731A. I checked:[LIST][*]PIN 2 (ACIN) - 3.96V[*]PIN 13 (ACOK) - 3.35V[*]PIN 22 (DCIN) - 18.77V[/LIST]

1 - 0V
2 - 3.34V...

When I press power switch the motherboard not turning on, no leds - no reaction. I measurement:
