Just so I understand, I uploaded a rar back up of the 8mb winbond bios chip in my initial post. Is there another 16 mb chip potentially under the heatsink that I need to make a back up of?
I was trying not to dissemble since it is still under warranty. I planned to reflash original bios if these methods failed when warranty restarts. I'm very new to this and was only aware of one chip to flash. Clearly this could be more complicated than I was aware.

This model's bios is divided into 2 parts: 8MB and 16MB. The 16MB file contains your DMI.

On second thought and a google search, I have no idea what that person is taking about. That seems like a ship they are referencing not a software lol. So I'm not sure if I need another reader or another software. I believe my drivers are up to date on my CH341A.
It seems they were suggesting I use the CH341A and manually select the EON EN25Q128 to read the XMC QH128AHIG. I can give this a shot and see if it reads.
I understand now. I removed the heat sink and found a chip nearby the windbond bios chip. My CH341A programmer could not read it but another thread said to install EON EN25Q12 to read the XMC chip. So I shall try that tomorrow.
I was able to extract the backup for 16mb XMC chip using my CH341A and manually selecting EON EN25Q128.
I am attaching the 8mb and 16mb backups. Both were acquired w/o desoldering using the clip provided with the CH341A.
I have heard in some cases these BIOS chips need to be desoldered to read and write properly but I am unsure if this this is the case for my particular laptop.

Thank you for your help.
your 16Mb dump is blank! Use AsProgrammer to read 16Mb chipset.
Hi! I need help to know if the attached BIOS dump is OK or not, the laptop have no shorts, won´t turn on, It have voltages OK, but it don´t even light up a single LED when charger is plugged in , with or without battery connected, and when pressing POWER ON button, nothing happens. No shorts detected with thermal cammera either...

If someone had the time, I would really appreciate it if you could take a look at my two previously uploaded bios files. I'm not very sure how this works but I would guess that the bios is checked and then repaired if necessary. Any help or direction would be much appreciated. I can reupload them again if that's less confusing. The first 16mp upload was blank unfortunately. The second is correct.
I tryed with that but the problem persists, but I was able to detect that 3V3Always is present for a couple seconds, then gone, and then coming back again in a loop, I´ll check that circuit and perhaps open a new thread in the rigt place.

I was working on this laptop, and seems I need to replace the IC IT8227E-192 CXA because it makes the +3V3ALW and +5ALW voltages come and go in a loop, not being shorted as it usually does when it gets fried. Anyways, I need the firmware to program it with, and I was reading two version on how to get it, one is to dump from the BIOS at offset 0x2C8000 lenght 0x20000 (128k), and other way is to search for "ITE" also in the BIOS and extract from it, and I get two completelly differente results from both extraction methods, so I´m lost.
I´m buying the IC from Aliexpress and the seller also program it with the firmware I can provide to him, this mainboard have a i7 Intel CPU and NVIDIA GPU, also I read that if the chip is all blank, with "FFFF" it will self-program in Intel based motherboards, but this won´t happen in AMD based ones...
Can someone get me the right EC firmware so I can send to the seller of the spare IC so he can program it, please?
The original 16MB BIOS file read from this laptop is posted in the quoted message!
