Need BIOS for Asus G731GW

Hi,
My laptop is Asus G731GW with I7-9750H cpu and 2070 8gb gpu.
Motherboard is G531GW rev1.6.
the system will power on,the fans spins, keyboard backlight turn on , but no internal lcd nor external monitor shows anything.
I've checked all voltage,everything seems to be ok with schematic in the forum for my laptop.
when I connect external usb keyoard,the caps lock led deos not light.
I try to reprogram the bios by reading original firmware and changing ME region. but still no luck.
I try to use new bios from asus site, but I failed.
I will upload the original bios firmware I've read from bios chip.
bios chip is mx25l12873f soic8.
if someone can help me please.

Thank you very much for your help, at all times I was incorporating 12.0.71.1681_CON_H_BA_PRD_EXTR and that was my fault, I was getting a dump with a delay in booting.
I have also tried to add the serial number but without success.
With your dump everything is correct, I appreciate your help.
