Hi, I have a problem with the bios, "Hp endpoint security controller error " , I tried your bios but the result is the same, the screen ends up being black without display after a few minutes of use on the internet, I think it is linked to this bios error, can you correct it for me please?

thanks, the error is gone, but it shows that it is stuck in manufacturing mode, is this a problem?

--- I'm using Google Translator below---

                  Hello, I need help.
I have an HP Probook x360 435 G7 laptop with a bios password (Power-on Authentication).
When I updated to Windows 11, two-factor authentication returned and I tried to reconfigure it to make the boot in one step, but I had problems when I had to re-register my fingerprints in HP Client Security Manager.
I lost the bios password and would like to try ways to remove it.
HP refuses to help by sending a file with a USB flash drive to unlock it and says that there are new security guidelines and that I need to buy a new motherboard, which here in Brazil is extremely expensive.
                  Can you help?

post merged..next time look for a thread with the name and model, motherboard model of the laptop, and post there, if you can't find it, then make a new thread..

post the original contents of the bios chip..
