the problem is,
when i turn on the laptop it directly enters into bios.
tried on changing hdd, row motherboard etc. i think maybe its a bios issue and that's why i wanted to reprogram the bios. i found the bios chip is 4 mb but your file is 2 mb. what to do?

it looks like BIOS key is keeping pressed itself.
remove keyboard & test it.

in startup motherboard is checking for bootable devices and if it can't find them, drops to BIOS settings by itself, if you already checked for sata & usb voltages your problem seems to be the HM55 north chip.
