dell latitude 7530 BIOS unlock

hello, my name is Toni, i repair cellphones since 15 years and i have all the answers for any kind of qustion in this field, i have just now started working on laptops aned i have basic Knowledge, i have a dell latitude 7530 with a locked BIOS and i want to remove the lock, after some research i bought the CH341 programmer but iu cant read the bios IC or modify it, the 7530 have to Winbond IC´s,

25Q80DVSIG
25R128JVSM

both are not selectable in the app, im using the Neoprogrammer 2.2.0.10

any advices ?

Post the dell service tag and motherboard model number please.

what SMDFlea said and use ASProgrammer, just read 25R128JVSM (select W25Q128JV if 25R isn't in the list) and post bios dump here. Read chipset 2-3 times and compare results, if they are the same it means you have a good dump.
