If I remember correctly you have a Phoenix bios on you laptop, you could try out CmosPwd to see if it works for you. CmosPwd

If not, you might find some hints in this thread.

I also think I have the ze5500 service manual, let me know if you need it.

Try the crisis recovery bios; if not works, desolder the bios chip and put a new one.Regards.
