came in dead, flash bios, done. a week later the customer said the laptop display bios update when turn on and after that dead no display. always show led 7 times on capslock.
i have tried to flash the bios again and everything ok. but couple days later i got the same problem. when turn on it shows HP endpoint security controller problem. when click ok show bios update and dead no display again.
can someone check the bios if there is a problem with it?
i flashed the EC chip with the file that i attached and it turn on but on the other side MPM product information not valid. could someone help me?
