Can this BIOS be repaired? The BIOS can display, but when booting the OS after the HP logo, it shuts down and restarts.

Sorry for my English. After being in sleep mode overnight, it wouldn't turn on in the morning. When I turned it on, the caps lock key flashed seven times. After searching for references on Google, it's possible that the BIOS is stuck, and all voltages are showing up. Please help me clear my BIOS. I've attached my dump.
