GM7MG7P No boot only backlight, need bios

help for this notebook gamming it has no brands it is intel i7 10gen with nvidia geforce rtx. After 10 seconds, only the backlight and the fans turn on but nothing is displayed. The board part number is mbpgm7mg7c-pp10.
no signal on external hdmi port.

Information is only on board GM7MG7P10T02205210051 a battery P/N PFIDG-00-13-3S2P-0

I think the Laptop model is "TongFang GM7MG7P".

I tried to update the bios but nothing changed when turned on the fans start then turn off after a while the backlight comes on. The heatsink gets hot and sometimes the fans spin but always just the backlight. It's probably the graphics chip

Hello dear masters.

We changed the PCH on this device and then performed BIOS Me clean.
The device worked and turned on quickly, but no sound output was detected. All devices work with the original bios, but I get a delayed display.

What am I missing here?
Why does the audio device cause problems after Me clean?
On a different Acer 11 generation device, it did not see ethernet after me clean. Can you help me understand why?
