ThinkBook 14 G3 ACL BIOS BIN

I have this ThinkBook 14 G3 ACL notebook. Upon powering it on, the power button, ESC key and CAPS LOCK light up, computer draws 0.6A without the battery, fans start spinning but there is no video and no other keyboard keys light up. I suspect the BIOS is bricked.

The BIOS chip is Winbond 74M25JWEIQ which is read by CH341A programmer as W25JV chip @ 256 Bit/32Mb/1.8V without any issues. The BIN file is below.

Can someone, please help me fix the BIOS file? Thank you.

Thank you. Worked immediately after re-flash. I wish I could buy you a beer.

Question here. I'm also using the ch341a programmer. Seems to read the windbond 32mb 256bit fine but refuses to wright to it. Is there limitations to this programmer or is it my fault for doing it at 3.3v without the 1.8v adaptor. 25q256jveq chip from hp board.

25Q256JV is 3.3v chip there is no need to use 1.8v adapter.
You should use NeoProgrammer software, de-solder the chip from the board (Don't use a clip) and press verify after flashing the chip.

As you mentioned above I am currently doing. Neoprogrammer said it write to the chip but when doing verify I get an error and then reading chip again it reads as a blank.

                Erase the chip before programming.

Refuses to erase. I think might be bad, don't know how though

You are programming the chip inside the motherboard using a clip?

It could be a problem with the chip, the adapter or the programmer itself.
