Hello, I have this Thinkpad T15 Gen 2 with booting issues. Upon start, the keyboard lights up briefly, fan spins and the CPU gets really warm. Then, it may take up to 6-7 minutes for the display to appear but then computer freezes shortly after and has to be restarted.
I have another identical working board and I transferred the contents of both bios chips located around the memory slot from this motherboard to the one I am having the problem with. However, the power button does not even light up.
I reflashed both chips using the original bins and the computer again acts as before.
I am asking if someone can take a look at both bin files and have them fixed. I do not know which bios chip is needed, so I have included both.

Ok, I reflashed the chip using your bin and I am getting the same result. The keyboard lights up briefly, the fan starts spinning, I get about 0.9A current draw and the CPU gets warm but no post.
I noticed 3.3V on the bios chip fluctuates, not stable. Meaning, it goes up and down between 1.5V and 3.3V. This may be the issue and the reason the computer is not posting. All other voltages are there. Even the other bios chip gets a steady 3.3V.
Without the schematics, it is hard to figure out the culprit.
Not sure if I need to start a new thread or if is it okay here.
The problem is the laptop turns on, blank screen and after a few minutes it restarts. I think the BIOS update failed.
I'm looking for a BIOS for a Lenovo ThinkPad T15 Gen 2 Type 20W4, SN: PF-368T34, the motherboard is HT4B0 / HP4B0 / HT5B1 / HP5B1 / HT4B2 NM-D351 Rev:1.0.
