Good afternoon, I have a dell optiplex 3000 micro that turned on but didn't show an image, I got two files that worked but in both the absolute remains activated and the option to disable it is unavailable, can anyone help me?

that has a company logo when I turn it on, I would like to remove it and have it turn on again with the lenovo logo appearing.
