    ASUS GX501GI clear me issue

    Hi
I programmed the bios with a dump to try to fix a keyboard problem (the problem was the keyboard ITE controller). Not being a bios problem, I wanted to use the original bios file instead of the dump by doing a clear me first but MEanalyzer returns an error "File does not contain an intel engine firmware". So I wanted to leave the non-original dump but since it had a startup delay I tried a clear me but the file read with a programmer returns the same error as the original. The dumps before being programmed are regularly read with meanalyzer.
GX501GI from board = working bios read from motherboard
GX501GI orignal = original bios dump
GX501GI bios test = a working dump from internet

    Thanks

Here's your Clean Bios, try it.
The other 2 files have no ME Region nor Bios Region (only Flash Descriptor), I think your read the chip in a wrong way.
I don't know if you have lost your Original Bios or there is still a chance.

Seem like the bios chip is losing data, or your programmer is failing for some reason, the backups are corrupt, mostly all FF`s

I need a BIOS dump for the Samsung S49CG934SU monitor
        by Habble7
The Samsung S49CG934SU monitor does not power on - no LED indicator activity and no response to power button. However, when 21V power is connected, it immediately draws 0.8A of current with no display output. The motherboard processor gets warm, and there is continuous reading activity from the W25Q128BV BIOS chip.

        Suspected Cause:
I suspect the BIOS may have been corrupted during a power interruption while updating the firmware. The official website provides firmware updates, but they can only be installed via USB flash drive.

        Troubleshooting Attempts:

Lenovo L460 LAN issue after BIOS dump flash
        by bestrafer
        Hello everyone.

I have L460 Type 20FV (2 X 8MB bios chips) with no boot issue after BIOS update (black screen with restarts, common issue on this model + BIOS update).

BIOS dump(s) from this post https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...7&postcount=27 makes the laptop boot absolutely fine, no delays, etc..

But there is an exclamation mark in the device manager for the LAN card right after fresh OS installation - LAN naturally doesn't work. I saw requests like "BIOS: fix LAN" on other sites.
Could someone point on a direction...

MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 - real bios dump from board needed (no stock bios)
        by DynaxSC
Hi, I have an MSI PRO B660M-G DDR4 board with damaged BIOS and i need a bios dump from a real board, along with MAC, UUID and Serial Number info (eg. a BIOS screenshot and pictures from the board stickers).

I need to reconstruct the bios on my board, based on another bios image form a real board - meaning a bios image containing MAC address, UUID and Serial number. A stock BIOS is not suffiecient, as it is impossible to discover where the MAC, UUID and SerialNumber are stored. Tried with a similar board, but there are too much differences, and the stock BIOS is missing a lot of...

Keyboard RGB issue - Dell g15 UEL 2 bios dump
        by slade1
After a bios downgrade, the keyboard's RGB stopped working, now in the device manager the STM32 Bootloader device appears, I discovered that it is the rgb microcontroller, I believe that (STM32 bootloader) is because it does not identify the bios file (UEL2)

Does anyone have the BIOS dump (UEL 2) of the Dell G15? It is responsible for the RGB keyboard.

Who has a MSI Z590 PRO WIFI - Need BIOS dump ?
        by DynaxSC
        Hi,

I need a BIOS dump for MSI Z590 PRO WIFI from a real physical board, along with MAC address and serial no.

It must be a dump from a physical board, as it contains personalized data eg. MAC Address, UUID, Serial no.

I have a board which has lost the BIOS contents, I have the MAC and serial to this board, and need to insert it into the another BIOS image. To do it, I need to have a real image from a real board, as the images from the MSI site are without this data. The only way to find where MAC/UUID/Serial is located in the BIOS is to have a bios...
