M1 Pro 14” MBP Battery issue

No green light, turns on and says the battery is charging and is in normal condition. Battery was recently replaced about a month ago and it charged and held a charge and would recharge however now it won't charge past 1% yet it says it is charging. This just randomly happened today and wondering if anyone has experienced this? I want to see if it's something else before pulling the trigger on a new battery.

Check the usual esd tvs diodes on the smbus lines on the battery connector.

What are the voltage readings to ground of each such smbus line on the battery connector?

      Update:

We had a bad battery in the back and decided to install that as a test and it did detect it as faulty. We removed it out the other battery back in and now it decided to start charging. I think this reset the system and after the reinstall battery is charging. No idea why but we are going to keep the bad battery on hand just for this purpose. I also read online this is common in these macs due to Monterey 12.4 and above. I hope they have a patch coming.
