No no. You reflashed the correct one = USB C Rom. It is used to define the code for the ACE conrollers from TI (CD3215). The firmware you downloaded is the correct one for the same flash device. Since you have 20V contracts being selected - all is ok.

My bad reference earlier to the part being called for the T2 ROM.

The T2 ROM is another device on this logic board which demands a different firmware to be loaded. Perhaps that component also needs to be reflashed but not sure if this forum has the dumps posted. There is a tool from Aliexpress that has the dumps but a proper socket or PCB with a proper voltage (level shifter) can program the device as well.

    For now...

Confirm the voltages on that device but you may have to probe elsewhere on the PCB to measure each leg.

Lenovo Legion 5 high fan spin turns off after 34 seconds
        by twonk9098
        Hi all,

I have a Lenovo Legion 5 with a Ryzen 7 series CPU and RTX 3070 GPU. My issue is that it turns on and all seems fine except after a few seconds the fans spin up high and the laptop turns off after 34 seconds.
I can get into bios and can even boot and login to Windows however after 34 seconds no matter if Im at the bios screen or booted into Windows it will just turn off.

I have managed to run HWmonitor and the temperatures of the CPU and GPU are fine, I can also touch the heatsync which is warm but not hot.

I have tried a few new bios but exactly...

        Epson EB-U42 projector / Caps with 0.7 ohms ?!
        by narf
        hi all,

first of all: i'm a (motivated) newbie, so please forgive me any stupid question i may or may not ask

i'm currently repairing a projector: Epson EB-U42 that doesn't start (no lights, nothing).

        what i've found so far:
        - the PSU does its job and supplies 12V to the mainboard via the connector.
        - shortly thereafter, there is a mosfet (TS420-600B) where i can test 12V on the one side (in the data sheet this side is called Anode), Gate 0V, Kathode shorted to ground
        - not far away, there's the first cap with a resistance of 0.7 ohms....

Asus B85M-GAMER no hdmi output and random restarts
        by Prosatanosz
        Hi!

Asus B85M-GAMER absolute no hdmi output (not at start, not at Windows), and random restarts. Everything work, except hdmi and random restarts after 0.1-3 min. Restarts even in bios. On VGA Windows boots up fast, games and apps starts ok. Mem, psu, cpu changed, no luck. I need shematic, because i think the restarts caused by the hdmi failure.
