LA-d711P Not charging BQ25A IC

LA-d711p board not charging issue.
acok- .3v
illm- 0.478v
iout having 3.3v this is where i supect is it normal or problem
i have changed charging ic, mosfets sio.plz help;

1) Datasheet for the charger IC is attached for reference.

2) Does the logic board power up ok ? Just does not charge ?

3) Post the schematics of the logic board if available.

4) Is the battery detected by the operating system ?

5) ACOK is not correct for a proper operation.

6) Voltage on

REGN pin # 16 of this charger IC ?

ACDET pin # 6 ?

BATDRV pin # 11 ?

no schematic available..i take d704p as a reference both are similar.
the board is woking perfectly only charging issue..acok acdrv all are good
only on the iout pint having 3v.i got a same working board and i matched the voltages only iout pin is defference.on the working board iout voltage is 0.33v.

According to the datasheet, IOUT is a SMBUS configurable register inside this charger IC.

For this reason, review the voltage readings of the following:

EC_SMB_CK1
EC_SMB_DA1

Often the SMBUS gets killed by the ESD diodes mated with the battery pack so review PD6. If you DO NOT see ~3v3 on each SMBUS line, then remove PD6 and test again for the proper default voltage.

in this board pd6 not used.and the smbus is comming 3.3v .i have checked all the smbus going connecting resistor all are good.

Which mosfets have been replaced ? The DC-in mosfets ?

Charger IC replacement is the same as the original ?

Have you confirmed the battery mosfet; battery charging mosfets are GOOD ?

Gate voltage on the battery charge mosfets ?
