I would like help with a da0u93mb6d0 rev: D motherboard that doesn't turn on but is charging!

KBC was a replacement, the dc connector was not lit before
There was also a Bios exchange, it didn't help

First thing First, check all coil impedance and vin section too, then check your charging section, standby ic and SIO requirements.

Post your dc reading, this will also go a long way to help.

Check the stand by supply PL20/21 ? and the resistance to GND with out power same 2 coils
Is the Dc jack lights stable or glowing?
SIO pin 35 120 supply when you press the power ? Don’t short any pins SIO be careful

PL20= 5.4V 12.5Kohm
PL21= 3.4V 7.7ohm
DC Jack lights glow!
sio pin35=0V Pin120=0V

Very likely shorted PCH.
