asus x550jx no power

Good morning. I have a asus x550jx-xx033h with some problems. First the pc doesn't turn on at all. I checked for a short and I found a shorted mosfet in the main power rail (19V). I remove it and now the pc starts.(All the tests i did were whith just the mobo and nothing else connected to its exept for the power connector.) I feel the chipset becoming worm but nothing on the screen. All the power led are on. The cpu and gpu are death cold. I try to reprogram the bios chip. I tried 3 different bios taken from another topic here in the forum but the result is the same. What do i have to check?

I mesure the resistances at the cpu coils and they are 0 ohms. I think I have a shorted cpu.. Could be other?

Where was the shorted mosfet? Which heats up the smaller die. Just when you plug power heats the smaller die then up? Do. You have al the powlines up . Can you capsldo capslock test with externa keybouard. If you can tab capslock the the board is posting.
