Remove all power. Meter in lowest resistance scale.

Measure the resistance to ground of PPVCCGT_S0G

                        Voltage of SMC_GT_VSENSE ?

                        Update:

Also voltage of CPUVR_VIN ? (see attached)

                                      PM_EN_CPUVCC_R & PM_EN_CPUVCC ar at 3.2v
I measured both sides of R7148 for the measurements.

                                      Thanks

                                        Re: A1708 820-00840 charging issue

So U7100 is being told to enable the power rails for the CPU via PM_EN_CPUVCC_R yet the power rails for the CPU (PPVCCGT_S0G ) remain @ 0v.

The resistance to ground (3R9) for the CPU rails (PPVCCGT_S0G ) appear to be ok so the CPU is not shorted.

                                        Post the voltage readings for:

                                        CPU_VIDALERT_L
                                        CPU_VIDSOUT
                                        CPU_VIDSCLK
                                        CPU_VCCST_PWRGD

See attached and confirm that the same voltage readings are present on each side of the series resistors. These are the I2C lines + ALERT# signal out of U7100.
