HP 250 G7 4 long 2 short blinking error

Hallo,
I have hp 250 g7 motherboard no: EPK LA-G07DP Rev 1.0. It powers on perfectly but when it tries to load the windows logo while booting, the keyboard starts blinking 4 long and 2 short error codes. i tried to reflash the bios with another file problem continues. Please help

mine is giving 4 long 2 short I think its different

2 - 4 and 4 - 2 might not be the same

I have also noticed the following error. I have replaced the fan and applied thermal paste and I'm thinking that the thermal ics have problems. can anybody help how to trace the problem? attached is the image and schematic
