No voltage at pin 4.
Short pin 3 and 4 while laptop is on with battery connected?

The is only 5v @ pin #5. no other voltages.
Plus i see 3.3v @ PR12

If the 3.3 is present at pr12, must be present also at pin3 of the PU1, no other way, because the pr12 is directly connected to pin3, so confirm that first?

The pin of PR12 that is directed connected to pin #3 is 0v, the other pin of PR12 has 3.3v

OK got it, desolder PU1 from the board, and measure the voltages again.

You must have a broken trace between pin # 3 of PU1 and PR12 - confirm it.

If that was the case 3.3 should have been present at both side of the resistor. So not the case here. The line was shorted with the old PU1 as I suspected, and the new one is not OK obviously. Or there is a problem with the dock connector, but the measurements with the removed should give the answer.

Wire slipped from my hand and shorted 5v and 3.3v, result shorted U51.
Motherboard RIP but at least we tried.

I tried to short it with a thin wire while i was in bios to check if the adapter wattage appears, the wire slipped a bit and...
No worries, was a old laptop abandoned in my store that i tried to revive it, no loss.

It is clear that this laptop is a cheap old model, but why did you have to kill it this way, and it would be fully operational as long as you did it in a way I advised you to do it. Anyway, let it be your lesson never to draw metal objects near a powered motherboard or if it's absolutely necessary to do that, do it with a tweezers, resting your palm on the table to be precise in the movement of the hand.

Fun fact: it's the same time i did it the last 10 months, previously i shorted a 7510 mb because i removed the USB daughterboard while on battery, still trying to repair it.
I swear i will not do it again.

Meanwhile i succesfully desolder the U51 and traces are perdect, i'll try to replace it from a donor mb.

i have the problem with my e5430 too. plug in not charging.

data how i got :
Pbatt1
- pin 9,8 = 0.076v without batt and 11v with batt.
- pin 6,7 = 3.3v
- pin 5 = 0v with batt and 3.3v without batt.

PQ2
- pin 1 = 3.3v
- pin 2 = 5.1v
- pin 3 = 3.3v

pu1
- pin 3,4 = 3.3v and pin 3 and 4 get shorted (not to ground)
- pin 5 = 5.1v

pr13 = 33.4 ohm (3.3v in both (pin1 and 2 get buzz))
pr12 = 2.1 k ohm (pin 1 = 3.323v, pin 2 = 3.387v)

I read and measure from the conversation above but it doesn't solved. what do I test next? thanks for helping
