if i understand pin15-16 jumper, u3301 remove and in out jumper, r3314 0ohm resistor jumper ?

Only U3301 remove and IN-OUT pins jumper/R3314 put 0 Ohms. No need to jumper pin15-16. You have voltage on pin15 but missing voltage on pin16. Putting 0 Ohms resistor at R3314 will provide voltage to pin16. So no need to jumper pin15-16. If you jumper pin15-16, then dont put R3314 resistor.

I did it but no change!
But now I see that I no longer have 3v on pin15

Remove R3314 and check again voltage on pin15 is avlbl or not?? If voltage avlbl on pin15, just jumper pin15-16 and dont put R3314.

I've no more ideas. Its soc fault which I tried to bypass but in the end got backlit only. Sorry bro but I can't help further. May be others can chip in

Has anyone discovered anything? I have the exact same laptop with that same issue but i have 0.8V on U3301's pin 4 and 0v on pin 1
