power BTWN connector voltage on pin 2 5 6?

    D21 voltage on 3 pins ?

EC pin 32 9 67 117 116 102 37 100 101 65 98 109 127 voltage with out pressing PTWN and with pressing PTWN on by one dont short the pins red probe end must be sharp

Pin 23 of PU3 (SPOK in my board view) is 4.96V.

Power BTWN is the on/off button connector (JLED1)? If yes the readings are: 3.27V, 17.93V, 0V.

      D21 (1-2-3): 17.94-3.28-18.24

      U21 (no pressing PTWN):3.28-3.3-3.3-3.3-0-3.29-0-3.3-0-3.27-3.27-3.14.
The pressign on on/off has to be short, long or just the time for the mesuring?

for U21 write down the voltage with the pin number ,as you press the power BTWN note the voltage on by one

for D21 pin 3 gets 18.24V from Q1 , check Q1 with out battrey all pin voltage ?

Is the RTC section is fine ?

The order I follow to write the voltages follow your sequences.
PIN - V Power on not pressed
                32 - 3,28
                9 - 3,30
                67 - 3,30
                117 - 3,30
                116 - 0
                102 - 0
                37 - 3,29
                100 - 0
                101 - 3,30
                65 - 0
                98 - 3,27
                109 - 3,27
                127 - 3,14
The only one who changes pressing the power botton is pin 32 and went to 0,44V

Trying misstake PQ1 find out any short on PQ1 circuit PR3 PR4 , For RTC section (real-time clock ) check the voltage RTCVCC PCH_RTCRST# PCH_SRTCRST# if any short set dead
chek the voltage on Q23 all pins , short (on/off) pin 32 of EC ON/OFF to GND be care full and see for any changes

PR3 and PR4 are not shorted to ground.
                        RTCVCC is 2,98V
                        PCH_RTCRST is 2,98V
PCH_SRTCRST is 2,98V so I supposed none of 3 is shorted (instead I should get 0V, isn't it?)

Hello, I have an Acer veriton n4670GT that, due to a fall to the ground, only started if I did a BIOS reset.
The power button ar ok, and when power off windows, then if press power button, this power on, but goes to boot loop, like press power button forever

It crossed my mind to try a BIOS update and when I finished it turned off and no longer starts in any way.
I have a flash programmer, but the file you download from the Acer website has a .CAP extension, it is not a .BIN

I have programmed it, but it still won't start, it is dead
