    fy710/fy714 nm-c531 rev:2.0

this mbo while plug on charger with battery when pressing power button white led light blinking and no power

after basic measurements i get 3.3 and 5.0 volt for power system and 1volt coil near pch , pch get littlie warm but no power

any idea to solve this problem thanks

What is the resistance on bios chip,PIN8 & resistance on +3V ALW coil?? PCH should'nt warm without power on. I'm afraid but seems like shorted PCH part of SOC.

3.3v alw resistance value 0.335 diode mode
5.5v resistance value 0.435 diode mode
resistance on pin 8 0.670 diode mode

all measurements done with red probe on gnd

These measurements are good-so PCh is very likely alive.

Since the pch inpendance is fine check the Run Power both sides EN of Run IC ,Next Ram ic in requirements (power /EN /system on signal from IO )

Do you have DC supply?? If yes, Give consumption -01.Before power button pressing
02.After power button pressing. Have you checked RTC requirements?? Also follow what@techtiger has suggested.
