Post a clear pic of the usb port connector. Top and bottom side.

If the port is usb 2.0 style = black plastic insulator, there will be 4 connector pins.

Vbus
Data+
Data-
Ground

Remove all power. Meter in DIODE mode.

Red meter probe, yes RED to ground.
Black meter probe to Data+.
What is the measurement?

Repeat for Data- pin.
Repeat for Vbus pin.

Post all measurements.

the power supply works ok, date- to ground is 10 ohm, date + to ground is 60 kohm

So D- is shorted on this leg of the circuit.

Near this USB connector should be a current limit load switch or ESD TVS diode (3 legs).

Share pics of the area. Very likely, that part needs to be replaced. Common fault.

when I get thermopads, I will still look for elements on the board, I will have my computer dismantled. I know it's on the album but I don't know where. Of course, if they planned such a thing, but the scheme does not confirm it

What is the insulator color of the defective USB port ?

Is it BLACK = USB 2.0 or BLUE = USB 3.0 / 3.1 ?

Perhaps it is BLUE = USB 3.0/3.1 ? Then there is a USB charger IC that mates with the D- and D+ line @ U22.

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

Use the 2 meter probes to confirm if U22 is linked to the defective USB port connector.

One meter probe to D-, the other meter probe to USB_P9N_RR (pin # 11 of U22).

What is the measurement ? If it ~0 ohms, then this charger IC is involved with this connector and likely is the fault.

From the v1.0 schematics, USB_CON3 makes use of the USB charger IC @ U22.

I have damaged USB 2.0
from the side of the power sockets, there is a date-10ohm indication

You will need to post more details of this connector to have a chance to fix the fault.

The connector will have a silk screen marking on the pcb.

From the board and schematic you have, find the exact connector.

Without you jumping in to share the requested details, the usb port cannot be fixed.
