macbook air a1466 smc replacement question

Can i replace SMC from 820-3437B to 820-00165A??Both boards look 100% similar .

Actually, i went ahead and replaced it as mentioned above. flashed a clean me bios for 820-00165A. Logic board boots and gives display but these 3 dont work:

01.Wifi
02.Sound
03.KBD Backlit.

Rest everything works perfectly.

If i flash bios from 820-3437B-will it solve the issue as donor SMC came from 820-3437B board??

Pl advise.

not sure but i think u can force smc update firmware under osx
