Dell E5550 No charge (charger unidentified)

    hello.
I have a Dell E5550 that doesn't recognize the charger, the usual Dell problem, i tried multiple chargers that charge fine other Dell laptops so the issue is clearly in mainboard.
I replaced the PQ2 and PQ3 but no luck, so i need your help on what to do next.
    Schematics attached.
    Thank you in advance

Pin3 is directly connected to PR9, so check again - I mean the voltage on PR9 and pin3 of the PU1 must be the same. Also check resistance to ground in the line.

----> Look here. The diode marking for your board is PD5, the rest is the same.

To avoid any confusion please show me which one is PR9 as there is no writing, just to be 100% i'm measuring correctly

                      Yes i do (version 1.2)
Probably the problem is in my Windows 7, perhaps NET framework is missing or something, i'll try on Windows 10 laptop.

Yes i can confirm pin 3 and 5 have both 5v. (not sure why i measured 0.66 before @ pin3)

Just ignore the voltage,Check continuity between NB_PSID and PS_ID.

Multimeter in resistance or diode mode, one probe to point1, and with the other probe check continuity between point1 and poin2, and point1 and point3.

Also check resistance in ohms between point1 to ground, and point3 to ground.

PU1 pin 3 to ground is...?
Pin 4 to ground 1Ω...? So PU1 is most probably defected, unsolder PU1 from the board, and repeat the measurements (with and without the charger connected).

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 7567 LA-D993P that I've just got running.
There was corrosion around PU1503 which shorted PC1518 & blew PL1504. (Reference pictures attached)
I've replaced PC1518 & PL1504 & the laptop is now running however I now have another issue.

                                          Here are the tested scenarios:

                                          1. With the laptop running on battery, I plug in the 150W charger & the charger shuts off (no LED, protection mode) but the laptop remains running on battery.

                                          2. With the laptop off, plug in charger (LED says on) & the front charging...

Hello, I received this laptop with the following condition: When I turn it on, it shows the ALIENWARE light and the Alien button lights up, then it does not show an image and it restarts constantly, as the customer had already informed me that the battery was dead, I connected an original charger that I had it for testing, the machine turned on normally and I was able to enter Windows without problems, after a while of testing I noticed that it is very slow (like a Cyrix 425...), and after performing a CPU test the frequency is
below normal, as if it were operating in an extreme energy...

                                          Hello,
I have a Dell Vostro 3400 battery does not charge beyond 55%

I tried another file... the battery charge exceeded 55%, but it entered manufacturing mode and it did not count from it.
                                          - I rebuilt the basic BIOS and Clear Me, but without results
What if the same situation does not charge the battery more than 55%?
                                          Can someone help me?

Dell E6400 PT434 type Battery Charging Stuck at 1%. Battery Pinouts?

My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?

Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?

My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.
I have tried multiple different Dell power adapters. My Dell...
