All power good looks ok. 3.3-3.4V.
ALL_SYS_PWRGD also 3.4V when turns on.

Locate the power on/off button pads on the PCB. Use a pair of tweezers to short one pair to mimic the power button on the keyboard.

Does the board turn on and remain on with this method?

If i just short the pads on the not populated R5116 or R5115 for a sec, fans starts than stops.
If i keep the short on the mentioned pads for few sec, the logic board turns on and remains on even if i remove the short.

When it does turn on and remains on, is the boot very slow?

Boot time looks OK, about 1,5min.
                diagnostic result.: PFM006 and PPN001
The battery is charging, fan speed is high continiusly. The OS is responsive, i am not detecting any frozing, slowing moments.
                SMC reset did not helps.

Not sure if it was your case but disconnect the trackpad. Test again. Is the fan speed the same or higher now that the trackpad is removed?

                  • PFM006 - There may be an issue with the System Management Controller (SMC)

                  • PPM001 - There may be an issue with the power management system
