DELL XPS15 2019 P56F SPK connector burnt!

Never saw this before, the speaker connector on the mainboard is half melted down! User says he was using a hdmi monitor when the laptop broke down. Power adapter led is the only live I see currently, 19,5V at the mainboard connector but nothing else. No voltages at the coils.
What could possible cause that burnt connector?
Idea's what to check?

The only thing that can cause that is a high current short. Likely cause is that burnt wire caries a DC voltage and the wire got shorted to ground. If you can, test voltage on the pin with the connector disconnected to see if that is the case. Also test for a short on the speaker line.
