Repair missing pad under smd ic

Dear all

I am facing a problem with a laptop motherboard.
2 pads under ic 739 pins 31 and 32 are burned under the ic and 2mm away from it.
Is there any way to fix it!!!
I tried to use solder ball but no luck.

If I solder wire under the is when I heat it up to solder it Wii the wires remove!

i managed to fix it after a lot of effort and very carefully.
