    Identify Power Management chip DELL E7240 (LA-9431P)

    Hello,
    I have a problem on a DELL E7240, LA-9431P motherboard (rev 1.0).
    This is a laptop that I recovered, it had liquid dammage and had corrupted bios.
    I reprogrammed bios + ec (v A.29 ME Clear)
    I cleaned everything, after reassembly, it boots and it smells like burnt after a few seconds ... I disassembly the motherboard and see that the Power Management chip (in attached photo) has burnt!
    It's the P800 chip on the schematic repair, and suddenly I can no longer read the info on the chip, if someone can direct me to avoid having to buy a used motherboard and and put a new one used and find a new one ?
    The "470" resistor is indeed 47ohms and no short circuit around the chip ... Where can the problem come from? I lean for the battery which died following the damage of the spilled liquid? ... or not ...

    Other points if one can enlighten me:
    - I have the message in the post on the power supply not recognized while it is indeed an original DELL 65W charger (like the original one) with a constant voltage ... When I put the CMOS battery back and switch the message (F3) I don't have it afterwards but I shouldn't get this message if the charger is good? Problem due to the chip?
    - Despite that this chip is dead, the pc boot load the bios and windows but I find it very very slow (i5 4310U - 8go - SSD mSata) !!! ?
    --> i've seen the i5 lock to 800Mhz and 0.665V--> so i think it's Power management chip problem ?

    Thank you in advance to those who will look into my problem, thank you

          Make sure to clean all the corrosion and dirt near/inside dock connector, that's most likely the cause of the CD3301B failure.

            I don't have corrosion in the dock connector just outside !
            Merci à toi
