if it was a newer model we could see if current resistor were ok, but here it use ISL6255AHRZ and different layout. tomorrow ill see datasheet and see if we can find some news

edit: check if R7905 is 18 ohm

I checked R7905 and it is 18.1 ohm

according to solder on it u can spot if something was present, but according to schematic it should be there

R7906 is 2.4 ohms
R7904 is 000.2 ohms

On the schematic it says R7904 should be 220 ohms in one place but in another place in a box, says something different

Should this be 0 hms or 220 ohms

R7904 is ok. SMD resistors don't fail shorted.

attached image is a screen shot from the schematic that shows r7904 is to be 0 ohm
not sure if Mine is measuring correctly because the schematic shows two different values for r7904

I have been doing more measurements
I have found pm_s4_state_L gives me 3.2v when the fan spins but when it stops goes to 0v

My PPVCORE_S0_CPU is shorted to 0.4 0hm

and they are below
PP5V_S0 2.245k ohm
PPVCORE_S0_CPU 0.5 ohm
PPVCORE_S0_NB_GFX 42.1 ohm
PP3V3_S0 0.7k ohm
PP1V8_S0 1.3k ohm
PP1V5_S0 462 ohm
PP1V25_S0 130 ohm
PP1V05_S0 26.3 ohm
PPVCORE_S0_NB_R 26.1 ohm
PP0V9_S0 1.4k ohm
