Re: 820-2132-A, A1229 blinking light on magsafe
Ok i just checked
R7906 is 2.4 ohms
R7904 is 000.2 ohms
On the schematic it says R7904 should be 220 ohms in one place but in another place in a box, says something different
Should this be 0 hms or 220 ohms
Please
Thanks
Can anyone measure on a good board please
ThanksComment

R7904 is ok. SMD resistors don't fail shorted.OpenBoardView — https://github.com/OpenBoardView/OpenBoardViewComment

Re: 820-2132-A, A1229 blinking light on magsafe
on schematic they are 2.2 and 270, but in the datasheet https://www.renesas.com/cn/en/www/do...et/isl6255.pdf it report 2.2 and 40 , so one is ok, but the other is not. try remove it and measure without any connection.
R7908 is 0.01. maybe it make interference in the measure of r7904
thanks for the reply
i will check and report back
would this be the cause of it not turning on fully
what do you think please
thanks againComment

by Fergal22Hi,
I have the above tv that just shows a red light blinking twice 5 times, i have taken the back off and all the capacitors seem ok,
When i disconnect the mainboard from the PSU all the led's light up blinking fast but as soon as i reconnect the mainboard back to the power supply i get the red light blinking again twice 5 times,
I have attached pictures of the Mainboard, PSU and a small video (zipped) showing what happens when i disconnect the lead from the psu
Any help would be appreciated... -

by norbiszokeHello,
We have this set here in our shop that is not ginving sign of life besides red light that is blinking one time after pressing the button and nothing more... After detaching the mainboard from the PSU (this set has separate board thank god?! or not...) the backlight comes on. After reattaching nothing besides red light.... Can anyone from the forum help me here? Thank you in advance. Here's a link with images of the mainboard and the memory IC's that are on it.

by huzoThe board is daox8cmb6eo and i can't find no boardview or schematics on the forum or anywhere...
So i plug in the charger, amber light starts blinking ,there is 3.3V and 5V present, and 2.4V on the power button, board doesn't turn on, no shorts...
I've tried flashing the bios...
interesting thing is the battery was around 7,8V, and it's 11.1V battery, the mosfet near the battery is open, but not charging,i desoldered it,tested it and it's fine ,but the amber light kept going on the charger so i charged the battery with power supply and got it to about 10.5V... - Loading...
