Laptop would not turn on after dishcharging

I am facing a strange problem, this system is not turning on when it get complete dishcharge, neither with battery nor with plugin adopter, AND It also not turns on when I make it shut down and try to on after few hours. And when I unplug battery and again plugged in it will work normally battery also getting charge, and battery percentage is same as it was present during shutdown time
In case of without battery it will work normally and turns on every time.
what will be possible cause?
I checked physically there will be no any corrosion in battery section.
voltage on battery connector
@ pin 1,2 is 13.2v
@pin3 is 3.3v (EC_SMB_CK1)
@pin4 is 3.3v (EC_SMB_DA1)
@pin5 is 1.95v
THERE WILL BE NO ANY CHANGES IN THESE VOLTAGES WHEN I plugg charger.
I replaced battery and adopter too.

I have tried this method..It worked fine for my Toshiba satellite laptop sometimes ago..Check if it would be helpful for you



Disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery.
Hold down the power button for thirty seconds to drain any residual power in the laptop.
Without replacing the battery, plug the AC adapter back into the laptop.
Press the power button to turn on your laptop.
If the laptop powers on, shut down the laptop normally.
When the laptop is powered down, put the battery back in the laptop.
Power on the computer, and verify that it boots correctly.

Try replacing Charging IC/SIO or probe them deeply.

make sure your using the specified adapter charger..possible your using low wattage adapter..

Check if there are some hot areas on the laptop casing. In most cases, some components get hot and make the laptop to malfunction. Dust, bad capacitors and the likes can cause this kind of issue.
