I noticed that each time the laptop is powered on from its power button, it runs for few seconds and restarts on its own. The laptop is an AMD processor.@[B][URL="https://www.badcaps.net/member/545276-friedfred"]FriedFred[/URL][/B]; the laptop enters BIOS on pressing F2, and memory and HDD tests passed. I noticed that each time the laptop is powered on from its power button, it runs for few seconds and restarts on its own.

with LCD connected: @20 ohm meter range - 984; @20K ohm meter range - 4.80; @200K ohm meter range - 5.2; @2000K ohm meter range - 003;
with LCD disconnected: no reading for all meter ranges. Thanks

WHEA UNCORRETABLE ERROR on HP 6735s HELP!!!
Hello Techs, I have tried changing RAM, hard disk, power supply, but WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR still persists. What I have not done is BIOS update, but I reset BIOS to Default settings.

HP-Compaq-6910p- Plugged in, Not Charging
Please, how can I diagnose this laptop which has been tested with best of battery, charger and still, it doesn't charge. How do I test with multimetre to troubleshoot if it is charging IC. Thanks.

@ mon2. While diagnosing this board yesterday, I suddenly discovered a burn on Q43. So, I found a replacement for it. After that, I also discovered shorts on Q49, C290, C291, and C336. What have I done wrong? See the attached picture of the board....
