Acer E5-411 no power

Hi..guys..i have Acer E5-411 with cannot power on. I have disassembly the motherboard & checking it. There is this zener diode have been burn.

I have check there is 3v at the power button switch & i have program new bios for the motherboard.

Can anybody help me to troubleshoot this problem. TQ

remove the Diode & test Ohms on both side of pad

I have removed the zener diode & change it with zener diode 20v..but still motherboard cannot turn on?🤔

try to test pr19 for open circuit..

Duranitron have send the link to the Schematic check the Voltage of pin 1&3 PQ22 PL2 PL3 ?
