date5mb16a0 toshiba short circuit in the VIN line

I have a problem on this motherboard. I have a short circuit in the VIN line (pq1 pin 4) as shown in the diagram. but I can't find the origin. inject 1v into the line, it goes up to 3A but in no sector and no component overheats. which may be? Could it be some internal clue?

Check your jumper wire if consuming amp rather than shorted component
If jumper wire getting heated than use a good gage wire in quality and thickness

check the dc port its likely the culprit.. or internal component.. here is the schematics.. try to isolate the problem.. 1volt at 3amps is high and must give off heat.. try again.. check the dc port for heating..
