    HP Stream 14-CB161WM 3F0 error

Hello, need some help with an HP stream DA0P9CMB6C0 board. The hard drive is not recognized and storage test does not commence. Keyboard and screen works.
Board is in pristine condition, no obviously damaged components. Not sure where to start testing..... I'm thinking I should power up with the DC IN jack and test the coils for voltages?

It has a 32gb eMMC. Already reseated all the cables and reflowed the sandisk chip and no difference.

if you can get to the bios your memory, lcd, processor is good if you cannot get to the drive your emmc may gone bad or maybe its not detected by the bios.. disconnect the battery to reset the bios and try again.. do you have pcie ssd drive you can connect it via the mini pcie just disconnect the wifi card.

this emmc is also built in the board..you need equipment to take it off the board.. try the ssd drive to mini pcie slot to check if it can boot to ssd. good luck ,,, may the force be with you..always,,,

Sharp 80” long short flash backlight error - Help

                      Hello Sharp TV experts
Our Sharp LC-80LE642U displays one short one long flash error code which is a backlight error. I went into service mode and there were 8 lamp error counts recorded. I reset the count to 0 and did a reset. The last monitor error cause was 16 B00014639:12. 16 is the code for backlight error. I tried to power the tv up but went back into error mode.

                      > I checked voltages on the power supply board and they all check out .. including 3.28 volts at the error pin.

                      Hi,

I have a 2014 vintage Philips 60PFL8708S/12 that suddenly died in the middle of the kids watching a show.

The relevant service manual for the chassis is available here.
The TV no longer powers on, and leaving it powered on for a few minutes results in the layer-1 error with 2 blinks.
When I short the SDM to ground I get the layer-2 error code 53.

The inside of the TV has no damaged components and no swollen capacitors.
In SDM-mode when all the power rails are left on despite entering the protection mode, I tracked down and measured...
