    PCG-71316L does not turn on

    Hi

    PCG-71316L
    MBX-223
    this device does not turn on.
    PU19 gets hot. change it and hot gain.
    check ohm PL17 / PL16
    PL17 0.946k ohm
    PL18 25k ohm
    .....
    i took out PL17 and again checked ohm . side on the ic PU19 ohm 10k or above but other side(consumer) PC199 : 0.946k ohm
    when i enject 3.3volt in consumer side (PC199) for 1 second go high 0.18 amp and immediately 0 amp and not flow amp in circuit and not hot device .

    in last sorry about my english .

      Does PU19 get hot immediately after you plug in the charger or battery?
      Did you check other rails (+5VALW_LDO, +12V)? Maybe PU9 is short?

          yes when i plug charger pu19 immediately get hot.
          +5VALW_LDO not shorted
          +12 no shortd .
          just +3VALW show low ohm 0.945k(anormal). side of pc199 or TP219

              i enjected 3.3 volt in +3alw (pc199 or TP219) showing 0.18 amp for milisecond and go to 0 amp!
              somebody have any idea?

                  Hello, i have some issues with my laptop Lenovo Y700-17ISK (motherboard BY511 NM-A541), it started when i turn on the laptop, but the lcd wont turn on, i then connected it via hdmi to tv and screen was ok. So i thought maybe lcd stripe is faulty, i removed the bottom cover, disconnected main battery, reset the cmos by disconnecting battery for 1 min, then slighty move the lcd stripe.                   Hi everyone,

                  I am dealing with the problem of turning on and off my Dell e7470 notebook.

                  The battery charge light is solid white, I press the button, the power indicator and the light on the button are solid for 1-2 seconds and immediately turn off.

                  The system does not turn on, there is no post.

                  I removed the RAMs and changed them, changed the battery, RTC battery, AC adapter, removed them and waited, tried again, it does not turn on.

                  i got this laptop with no power issue....i flashed the bios and laptop can turn on and use normally....but when i shut it down and rest for few minute (2-3 minutes), it wont turn on....i have to flash bios again...any idea what is the problem?...when i shutdown and suddenly press power button to turn on, it will turn on normally....problem happen when i rest the laptop 2-3 minutes after shutdown, it will not turn on....i need to flash bios again
